Cilantro Lime Creme

Cilantro Lime Creme

Cilantro Lime Creme

MMMMMMMM, cilantro. Lime. Creme.  My mouth is watering just thinking about it.

There are a few things in this world I love more than a good sauce.

  1. family
  2. dogs
  3. a good sauce

have to have a dip or sauce at each meal.  A meal just doesn’t feel complete without it!

This cilantro lime creme was the perfect thing to add to Skillet Chicken Fajitas !

Let me just say that I made it to go along with the fajitas, but I made extra to have for the rest of the week.  I put this creme on tacos, salads, and just plain vegetables.  I’m not ashamed to say that I also snuck into the fridge and had spoonfuls of this delicious stuff just by itself!

Yes, it’s that good.

anddddd

It’s so easy.

Cilantro Lime Creme

This is a blender attachment that I make smoothies in, but you can use whatever blender you have.  I simply don’t like doing the dishes, and my smoothie attachment is easier to clean than the whole blender shebang.

Add 1 cup of greek yogurt, the juice of a lime, half a bunch of cilantro(stems and all) and salt to a blender.

Blend, blend, blend!

Cilantro Lime Creme

Serve in a pretty little dish, or right out of the blender!

Cilantro Lime Creme

Bon Appetit!

  • Standmixer Pasta

  • Perfect Puff Pastry

Y’all, I love puff pastry. But, I can’t find it all time.  Then, when I do find it, it’s like 5 or 6 dollars.  5 dollars for flour and butter? Really? I could think of a million things I would rather spend 5 dollars on.…

  • Stand Mixer Pie Crust

For a while I was really against using my stand mixer for everyday “easy” tasks like making pie dough, pizza dough, pimento cheese, etc….but then…I realized, I have to clean a bowl and a spoon anyway.  The only difference is that now I have to…

  • 2 Ingredient Caramel Sauce

I made this 2 ingredient caramel sauce to complement my apple pie, though it also works perfectly drizzled over ice cream. You can also eat it right out of the jar as a midnight treat when you think no one is watching….. It couldn’t be…

  • Spicy Marina Sauce

Spicy Marina Sauce has only five ingredients, 4 if you don’t count oil, and you probably have all of the ingredients in your pantry right now. Here are the cast of characters: olive oil, garlic, onion, crushed tomatoes and red pepper flakes. Of course, salt…

  • 3 Ingredient Pizza Dough

It’s my personal philosophy that as many things you can make at home, you should.  A lot of times, I’ll make a batch in the morning before I go to the gym, let it set out for a couple hours, then refrigerate it. It’s ready…
