Deep Fried Mac & Cheese Balls

Mac N Cheese Balls

Deep. Fried. Mac & Cheese. Balls.

What else do I need to say?

This is the perfect appetizer, snack or side dish that you will ever put in your mouth.

During football season, these dawn our table at least twice a week.  I keep making them because they are so darn delicious, and I need a reason to get on the treadmill every morning.

They are so simple, too! Just use your boxed Mac and cheese mix (I use Annie’s Organic & Natural Mac & Cheese), add velveeta, and bread and deep fry the whole darn thing.

Make this on your next game day! I promise you won’t regret it
